Match2Chat enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against CSAE. Any user found engaging in or promoting such activities will face immediate and permanent account suspension, and appropriate authorities will be notified.
We encourage users to report any suspicious activity or content related to CSAE. Use in-app reporting tools on user profiles and chat windows, or email [email protected].
Match2Chat cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations to combat CSAE. When required, we provide relevant information to aid investigations and protect victims.
Match2Chat requires users to verify their accounts via OTP. This process helps ensure that our community is composed of genuine individuals aged 18 and above.
